You don't need a degree, you need a license.
Normally they can't. But the Harrier can to a certain degree, as can helicopters.
so it can fly
no, you will need an airplane,(people can't fly).
Can you fly on airplane with pericarditis
You need to throw it really hard.
Typically, operating an airplane is called "flying" and it requires a private pilot license (at minimum) from the FAA. - - - - - It depends on the kind of airplane it is, and what you plan to do with it. The licenses and certificates you need to fly a Piper Cherokee (single-engine piston airplane that isn't pressurized) are far different from what you need to fly a 747.
To fly an aircraft you just need a student pilot CERTIFICATE. Everyone thinks that it's a license.
A degree is not required to be a pilot, however, it will help accelerate a pilot's career.

there are many different controls and things you must worry about when trying to fly a plane, you may very well not try to fly or engineer an airplane without a degree of schooling or training. gas, the type of plane, your passengers, and even the weather you are flying in come into play. it takes time, and a lot of self motivation to learn howto become an airplane pilot.
