There are many twists throughout the entire story of Harry Potter in all seven novels/films. In the second installment, "Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets", one major twist is when Harry discovers the reasoning behind his ability to speak parseltongue (the language of snakes). The reason is because when Voldemort tried to kill him and it backfired, a piece of Voldemort's soul went into Harry, turning him into a horcrux. It depends on what you like. The Sorcerer's Stone starts off calm as Harry finds out who his real friends are, Ron and Hermione, then the action starts as they get into trouble and try to figure out the secrets of the stone then as they fight Lord Voldemort. The Chamber of Secrets is more exciting at the beginning and near the end it's a little exciting but mainly the tension packs on as Harry is trying to save the muggle-borns and Ginny's life from Voldemort.
