Was Benjamin Harrison a good president?

He wasn't a good President, but he wasn't a bad one either. He caught pneumonia after giving his inaugural address and died a month later. Being that he was only President for 30 days and was ill the whole time, he is usually excluded from lists ranking good and bad Presidents.

He never made any significant accomplishments, although some may praise him for his excellent war-like leadership as he was the steadfast hero of the Battle of Tippecanoe (hence his campaign slogan, "Tippecanoe and Tyler Too").
