no they are a place people can go if they don't have a place to go. they are dirty and really cramped but they don't get punished in refugee camps if you need more info just look up the word refugee.
Why is this in the Holocaust category*? I go to North Star which is located in northern Wisconsin. It is a great overnight camp and has everything there. People from all over the US go there. *If you meant concentration camps, what's wrong with you?!

Super camps are more structured to keep people who are clueless about camping busy. If you have no idea how to camp, go to super camp.
No, concentration camps was where the Germans put the Jewish people and killed them, but mental hospitals are where people with mental illness go that can't live in normal society. Comparing them is an insult to all Jewish people and everyone who loved in the camps.
They were deported to the extermination camps. People came from the ghettos, or later they came from thier homes.
Logistically they were transported by rail. To actually get them to go a variety of methods were used: * Direct force- armed soldiers demanding they go (probably the most common) * Lying- Saying that the camps were labour camps not death camps * Lying- stating they were being moved to another ghetto or 'resettled' * Arrest- Legally or illegally arresting people and sending them to the camps
