What Indians do in general was dig in the now soft earth for roots and veggies. They also wore less clothes because the weather was warmer than in wintertime. They hunted deer and even grasshoppers and rabbits for their food. Kids played, women cooked, men hunted, and they planted their corn and food. It was sort of like every season. Hope I helped!
