Although the drinks available on the first Thanksgiving Day were not factually recorded, it is likely that the pilgrims drank mostly beer and wine. Drinking water back then was often unsafe (just like drinking the water when travelling to certain countries today); beer & wine were much safer from microorganisms. (The Pilgrims obviously didn't know that was the cause of the water's unsafety so they didn't boil it. They only knew people didn't get sick from beer and wine.)
Alcohol was frowned upon by the Puritans only when it was abused--and it was the prophynols, not the alcohol, that made beer/wine safe, so they didn't have to be strong. (The Mayflower was a wine vessel capable of carrying 180 casks of wine.)
Some speculate they also drank fruity juices and cider.
Turkey, squash, corn, and beans of various types were enjoyed during the first Thanksgiving.
