In today's life robots have been playing a very important role in human life. They have become a part of our life in fact. No work can be done with more accuracy with out the support of them, but the robots are human's creation, so the credit must go to us again.
Robots are any device, part or body which perform certain task with no or very less intervention on human intelligence at the time of operation. But they have been made, programmed and installed by man.
With the help of them today we are able to manage most of the industries. They are used in assembly sections of automotive industries, in the transport of materials as AGV ( Automated Guided Vehicle ), used in hospitals to serve the patients with medicines and food, in sophisticated labs to serve researchers, to carry out missions in the space or on the extra terrestrial body like in mars or others things so that information from that place can be passed here, in doing certain tasks where human intervention is not possible like in dealing with hotter objects, do getting engaged with messy things, used in place where high accuracy jobs have to be done, used to carry out repeated tasks and many.
But robots and humans are inter dependent. Robots can't be made without man and now we are in a stage where our daily life is almost impossible without the presence of robots.
