I don't know what the Spanish SPECIFICALLY brought to the Americas, but I think it's a mixture of these diseases (some of them might be from the French and Anglo-Americans too, so beware) : chicken pox, smallpox, measles, STD's, diphtheria, mumps, typhus, influenza, cholera, tuberculosis, whooping cough, and malaria.

The Spanish brought chicken pox, smallpox, typhus, measles, malaria, influenza, diphtheria, and yellow fever from the Old World into the New World. The Native Americans did not have resistance or immunity to fight these diseases. This is somewhat why the Native Americans lost the wars to Spanish conquistadors. I still would think the Spanish would of still won even if they didn't bring diseases to the Americas just because they had horses and mules(to ride), pigs(to feed the Spanish), dogs(to fight for the Spanish) steel tools, steel weapons, firearms, and artillery.
