The elephant has almost all body parts that humans have. A head, shoulder, legs, brain, kidney, stomach, intestines, lungs, reproductive organs, mammary glands etc. the organs an elephant has that humans don't are:
a. Trunks
b. Tusks
c. Ears - Though we have ears our ears are not as big as the elephants
d. Tail
The trunk has the most muscles. It's not surprising considering how freely it can move about and how elephants can clutch it up to eat.
