Might be a little too late, but for future reference ;)

On Christmas Eve, a lot of people go to church, with masses at 8PM, 10PM, and 12AM. On Christmas Day, everyone gets together with their entire family and has a very festive dinner, kind of like Thanksgiving in the US. It's really all about family and being together like in every country. Only half of all people give presents, because a lot of people also celebrate Sinterklaas (which is on Dec 5) and have already exchanged present then. There are also lots of Christmas markets to attend, so that's what a lot of people do on Boxing Day or after dinner. So not really different from other countries!

That is very personal. We don't have one special dish we serve with holidays, everybody just makes whatever they enjoy eating. We do not eat turkey.
