For a couple years age difference it's Noona, but if the woman is like middle-aged it's Ahjumma(ah-joom-ma) or Ahjumeoni(ah-joo-muh-ni) to be more polite. Most women don't like being called ahjumma because the stereotype goes that she has bad perm and an even worse attitude.
