This depends on the keyboard.
If it's plug and play (most are nowadays) simply plug in the receiver, let windows install it and press the refresh button on the receiver and the keyboard.
If not, you may need to install the drivers manually. These will be on the CD that came with your keyboard or on the website of your keyboard manufacturer.
