(أنا) ana means "I"
(يا) ya is used to direct attention to someone or something. This is a concept that does not really exist in English. The closest equivalent would be " O' ", as in " O' my sweetheart, come to me", which in Arabic would be: (يا حبيبتي تجيئي إلي) ya habibti, taji'i elay.

If you say "ana kaman" = Ana= i/me Kaman= too

Translation: Ana ohebuka/i ghaliyan (أنا أحبك غاليا)
bolla
Ok i miss you
i love you you are my life
Means: me too
"ya" might mean an arabic word in AGCC dialect meaning " came" so when it is combined with "He" saying he ya ya it might mean" he came" and when repeating the word "ya" twice it becomes" he came he came " or simply it means he is here , he is here
Ana means I/Iam in Arabic, Isa is a name. So it means I am Isa.
