Baby fish first start off still finishing their embryonic stage. When born, most fry still have their yolk sacs attached to them. Slowly, the fish, depending on it's size, will consume the yolk sac as food and energy to produce it's final limbs. Eventually, the fish's yolk runs out, and they start to hunt and eat plankton. After a month or so, depending on the fish, the fry would have completed it's first stage of life(birth and development).
it will change into a man fish.

It really depends on how many babies the mother has, because the more babies the mother gives birth to, the more lazier and unenergetic the mother will feel. A solution would be to feed the mother a little bit more than usual; the mother will eventually get better.

Most fish or other near by fish, will eat small fish which are called fry or egg layers will eat the eggs hatch. If you are talking about aquarium fish, it is best is to have them in a guppy tank or in a totally separate tank until they are capable of surviving with other fish.
