I do not believe there is anyway to figure that out.

i agree with the first answer but if i were to say i think they would thing about what it would be like to be human

I'm pretty sure they have nightmares, along with pleasant dreams. I have a chicken that takes naps on my lap, and she'll coo sometimes, and other times she'll flap her wings and squak in her sleep, then wake up and be freaking out. It's certaintly interesting.
