How human beings differ from all other animals?

#5) Humans have a complex language and are only just beginning to realize that other world citizens have complex languages also.

#6) Dolphins and chimpanzees have learned human language skills (that we know of), but humans, as yet, have learned no animal language skills.

Think, and have thought processes to access the past, present, and future. Wild animals can only live in the present tense, and it can be tense enough- in other words they are guided by instinct.

Animals live and act solely on instinct. Man has the capacity for emotion and has an intellect far above the animal kingdom that has given him the ability to adapt the elements to his needs.

Humans can crerate, appreciate what they create and pass on the creations and appreciation tosubsequent generations - we call this history and culture.

When sacred books say we are made in the image of God, this creative process is part of that "image."

Humans also, according to most religions, have a soul which animals don't. The scriptures of the Baha'i Faith say more about the soul than other scriptures, and the focus on our life in the next, non-physical world.
