Different women want different things, but in general, women want someone who treats them well, and pays attention to them. They want to feel loved and cared for, and hopefully they will love and care for the man in return. This is kind of a best case scenario because there is also a balance between what they get and what they give, and some women (or people in general) will try to get as much as they can while giving as little as they have to
