I have never heard that scientists think the sun will explode. I do know they predict that our sun will eventually burn out. But its so far away, it takes billions of years for the dark to reach Earth. So I'm not too worried about the sun blowing up or burning out.
They don't. All scientists know is that at some time in the future it is an almost certainty that the world as we know it will come to an end. Our sun will eventually burn out and with no sun there could be no life on our planet. Some scientist predict the sun will blow up in about 3,000,000,000 years the sun will explode and start from a tiny speck again.
Yes, the world will end in 5,000,000,000 because scientists think that the sun will increase its size about 100 times and the Earth will be swallowed up.
No one is sure but some religion and science is tied into this subject. Some people think one day the sun will explode, burning our world. Others think it will happen after Jesus come to visit our world. What ever happens, we don't need to worry about it now.
Current estimates are that the sun will run out of fuel in roughly 4.5 billion years. The sun is about half way through its solar life. When that happens, according to our current understanding, the sun will explode and engulf Mercury and Venus. Earth will be close enough to be turned into a cinder; our water and atmosphere will be burned and blown away into space; no life will survive. The sun will collapse into a black dwarf (not a black hole; our sun is not big enough to produce a black hole). That will be that. Long before then, we will have left earth to people other planets, assuming that we survive long enough to learn how.
Actually, scientists are certain the sun is about 93 million miles away from earth.
the sun will explode
I don't think there is anything we can do if the Sun were to die.
i think earth will not explode but it can get a lot heated because of pollution and breaking of the ozone layer by which the sun rays will reflect straight on us
If the Sun were to explode billions of years from now, it would wipe out the entire Solar System, planets and all. The Sun may never explode, however, due to its size.
It does not explode. The only reason why it might "explode" is because in the sun it would heat up and the particles would move faster causing the soda to "explode."
No.
no
The sun will eventually run out hydrogen at its core, which is the source of energy, so it will die, but it will not explode.
Somewhere from 4-5 billion, but they don't think it will actually explode; it will swell up, and then shrink back down, but this is not an explosive process.
4.5-5 billion years old
It will explode.
never in our time
