As far as I know, the only country which prohibits second cousin marriages is South Korea.
NO. south Korea is in Asia. completely different. - Just because both have 'South' in the name, doesn't mean they have anything in common. Look on a map. South Korea is next to China and Japan. South America is halfway across the world and is an entirely different continent. So; No. South Korea is NOT in South America.
Well I am about to move to South Korea So I have been researching it alot. I have read that it is a very chill peacefull place, the people are nice, and the place is just absoulutly BEAUTIFUL!(: Does This Answer Your Question?
South Korea did not start the Korean War (June 25, 1950 - July 1953) but defended itself against an invasion from North Korea . You can look to the related link below for additional onformation .

South Korea is enemies with North Korea mainly. South Korea is democratic just like the U.S and Canada. However, south Korea has a batpoop insane northern neighbour... North Korea. I know that China is communist as well but I do not think that they would help north Korea in a war now-a-days *( I say now-a-days because China did help North Korea back in the Korean War which you should look up to better help your understanding.) So pretty much South Korea is normal and has ties with many democratic countries. Japan's the worst enemy of Korea. Koreans hate Japan.
Outside of being an infallible ally (although the media may make it look like Korea is anti-US), South Korea assisted during the Vietnam war not just with soldiers but as a supply source.South Korea has assisted the US in every war since then. The effort may have looked minor, but at least diplomatically it meant that Korea backed the US decisions.
