Well, to create a good song, first you need to think of a theme for the verses. Then, write down some lyrics you'd like to say- if you want, you can make them rhyme. Afterwards, you can make up a chorus (it doesn't have to relate to the verses) that actually makes sense to the purpose of the previous verse and works the same after each one.
