There is only a German word for such secret pleasure (that I know):
Schadenfreude. It describes that strange glee one feels at the pain or misfortune of someone else.

Usually you would call the person a reader.
you would call someone chuckles when he or she laughs and there tummy bounces up and down
Wack job means a person who is psycho, insane, or just someone who is being crazy. The word wacky means someone who is acting in a foolish, crazy manner. So if you call someone a wack job then you are telling them they are irregular and are psycho.
A person who enjoys being in trouble can be called a thrill-seeker or a troublemaker.

Usually you would call that person a pessimist or someone who may just be miserable and down in the dumps temporarily.
A beach-goer. Someone who enjoys the beach.

Someone who enjoys giving pain is a sadist. Someone who enjoys receiving it is a masochist. I'm not sure if there is a special word for someone with both, or if they are simply sadistic and masochistic. Sadomasochist
