It's a very complex question but I have a tip that will help. SWITCH TO A SATIN PILLOWCASE. You're sleeping on a cotton pillowcase and it causes friction, which dries out your hair causing frizzies and split ends. Cotton is also naturally absorbing and it is sucking out all the vital moisture your hair needs to be healthy. On a satin pillowcase your hair will glide across the top and your hair and face won't get stuck in one spot anymore.
