THE NEW PASSWORD RECOVERY FEATURE for Poptropica

Beginning in May, 2010, your Poptropica username(s) can be linked to an e-mail account. This is not required to use Poptropica. However, only accounts that have an associated e-mail account can recover a password. This is an extension of the "parent e-mail" which is used to purchase credits or merchandise in the Poptropica store. You should not use this feature without parental permission.

Unlinked usernames cannot recover their passwords if they are lost.

Beginning in 2010, Poptropica will register your username and password to prevent its loss or theft. When you are prompted to add a parental e-mail, you can choose to do so. You are not required to provide one.

Usernames not registered with an e-mail cannot recover their passwords on Poptropica. Be sure to write down your username and password the first time you save your character, and record any changes you make to the password.

You can't. There is no recovery of user names or passwords on Poptropica. If you forget your user name or password, it cannot be found. Be sure to write them down if there is a chance you could forget them.

I'm assuming you mean when you first make an account, so you have to click save and then it makes you create a username and password. If you mean when you forget your password, you're supposed to have given an email address in case you forget it so your password will be sent to your email inbox.
