Talk to him about it. He may or may not want to get circumcised, and if that's the case, you should only date circumcised guys.
Circumcision is a religious rite and has no place in a modern society. It in fact damages the penis and diminishes the performance and pleasure that can be gained from sex and masturbation. I suggest you acquaint yourself with some real facts about the mater before suggesting that your BF mutilate his genitals. Perhaps you should see it from the point of view of female genital mutilation.
