You can remove the dingleberries by getting soap and water and cleaning of the pooh. Make sure you don't leave any of the soap on the fur because it could make your rabbits skin itchy. I hope I helped!

^^ You shouldn't use soap at all, unless its proper rabbit shampoo, even then it shouldn't be used around the rabbits bottom to much. Just put your rabbit in a couple of inches of warm clean water, this loosens the poo, it should come of easier after this. I know this from experience, my two bunnies sometimes suffer from this problem.

You can gently remove the dried poop from the rabbit's bum using a warm, damp cloth. If the poop is stuck, you may need to trim the fur around the area carefully. Make sure to monitor the rabbit's litter box habits and diet to prevent future issues. If the problem persists or if the rabbit appears uncomfortable, consult a veterinarian.
