You must be a popular guy, but in your case you have two choices, either tell the two girls what is going on and you can't make up your mind and want to date the two of them, or kiss this situation good bye as one of these girls is going to be hurt and you don't want to hurt them I hope.

First I would tell them that I am flattered.

If I had a boyfriend then I would tell them that and surely they will leave you alone.

If you like neither of them then tell them that.

If you like only one of them them,then tell the other it's not going to work out.

I you like both of them back then take your time and see who is best for you then answer it yourself.

Unless you are one of the three people, stay out of it. The only problem arises when both boys have declared their interest in the same girl, each boy is aware of the other boy's interest in the same girl, and the girl does nothing to sort it out. It is the girl's responsibility to NOT set the two boys against each other to "prove which one wants her more" - she needs to state her preference (which may be neither of the two boys, or simply one of them) and then be faithful and honest with the one she is with.

If you are the girl, you need to do the above as soon as possible. Pick one, let the other one down nicely, and move on. If you don't want either of them, let them both down nicely and move on. Whatever you do, don't try to play one against the other - you'll get a reputation for being manipulative and mean and probably get neither boy in the end.

If you are one of the boys, the first question is have you actually told the girl you like her. If no, and she is already in a relationship, you have missed your chance and need to wait until she is single and free before you step forward and tell her you like her. If yes, and she isn't interested, you have your answer and it's time to move on. If yes and she is interested and is not with anyone else, congratulations on the opportunity to see if you two make a decent couple. If yes and she is interested but doesn't want to commit to being with you, it's time to move on - if she won't go for a real relationship, she's either not really sure she likes you or she's stringing you along. Regardless of which, it won't be fun for you.

I would hang out with one then another day hang out with another one and see which one you like better.
