Couple options 1. pay the ticket 2. Go to court in Georgia and contest it. 3. If you don't do either you will most likely have a warrant out for your arrest in Georgia for failure to pay fines.
If I am from Florida but got a speeding ticket in CA, can I go to Traffic School to remove the points from my insurance? I plan on paying the ticket.

If you ever get a speeding ticket in one state and don't pay it, information is transmitted to the drivers license office of your home state, which triggers a suspension to occur until the ticket is paid. Then you have to pay another fee to have your driver license reinstated.
No, but if you ever go back to South Dakota, you'll be arrested.

A warrent for your arrest will be issued in Georgia, If you get pulled over in Georgia they might take u to jail for a few days or write u another ticket. As long as you don't go back to Georgia. "NOTHING HAPPENS"

try the Department of Motor Vehicles in Georgia or the office where you live. Or your car insurance company. They receive notification when a ticket is issued. In VA you can go online and get this info. Have you tried this method? It would be the easiest and fastest. Good luck.
You will never get back into Canada again.
They will probably get your license number and then if you dont pay they will track you down
Kentucky Speeding Ticket "Will it affect your insurance rates if you got a speeding ticket in Kentucky but live in another state, if this is your first ticket and you are 29?" Out of state speeding tickets are generally reported to your home state and treated as if you received the speeding ticket in your state. That means that the DMV in your state will decide if the ticket will appear on your record and if you will receive any points. There are a lot of exceptions so only the DMV can tell you how this speeding ticket will be reported on your record. Then the insurance company will have to check your MVR to be aware of the ticket. This depends on your particular carrier but most do not check every year. It is unlikely that this one ticket will increase your rates unless you make a change in your policy which causes them to check your record. Two tickets will have serious consequences on your premiums so you need to really watch your speed for awhile. lwpat yes it will
It could certainly happen and often does. It is known as Reciprocity. Yes. Florida is a compact state. That is and agreement exists between states to report such instances and your failure to pay the ticket in Ohio will result in a notification to the proper licensing authority in Florida. This action will more likely than not result in a suspension of your driving privilege.
I guess you go to jail in Ohio
