Well, first of all, dispose of it. Sperm is absolutely harmless chemically and biologically unless you have some diseases. So it can be washed down any drains, or wiped up with a tissue and discarded in a litter bin, tied up in the condom you used and thrown out in that and so on. One thing is sure: do not leave it on any open surfaces. That's disgusting (and will also smell bad).

Do you mean, "how can I save my semen after I have ejaculated?" In fertility clinics etc semen is preserved by immersing tubes containing it into liquid nitrogen to freeze it. At home I guess you could ejaculate into a container and quickly seal it but sperm will not live for very long once it has been ejaculated so don't expect it to last for months or years. Or do you mean, "how can I save the semen in my body?" If you mean that then there is no need to even try as fresh semen is continually being made and if it isn't ejaculated it is eventually reabsorbed into the body and replaced by more fresh semen.
