You need the caterpillar to be in sunlight, and give it enough leaves or green plants to survive. Add some water in a dish for it aswell. Place a stick or branch in the jar or container for it to make a cocoon. That all u'll need.

∙ 12y agoWat you have to do is keep them in a container and give them lots of leaves to feed on but make sure its them same kind of leaves you found them on. and also give them plenty of air so keep the lid off the container in the day.
