Adderall is a "controlled substance." It's under Schedule II of the Controlled Substance Act, which means it has a high potential for abuse or dependence. Adderall and all drugs that fall under this category require a doctors visit where they must write you a rx each time you need a refill.

If they really are missing/stolen call your local police dept. and file a theft report. Then take a copy of said report to your Doctor Who prescribed them. He my give you a replacement or he may not. Disclaimer This answer is coming from someone who's seen it go both ways. So if they're missing bc you and/or your friends swallowed them or if they're missing because you traded them for money, sexual favors, other pills etc.... I'd say wait until you get a refill from your Dr next month.

Call the police. If your bottle and drugs are found else where (being sold) and no police report this leaves you exposed to a world of felney charges.
