Extra curricular activities are anything that you do outside of work and school. Sports, music, and performing arts are great examples of extra curricular activities. When writing about it, just say what you like to do. ex."I am a very good Baseball player for the local community center. I like to spend my weekends playing baseball with my kid." Remember to keep it simple and don't go to far into the subject.

- sing in the church choir
- usher at church or other civic venues
- work in a thrift store
- work with Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts
- partcipate in debates in school and college
If you don't do any extracurricular things, don't let it worry you - those questions are there to help the interviewer get to know you better. Above all, never put anything down that you can't back up with proof.

∙ 8y agoYes.. It will add more value to your resume if you mention about the extracurricular activities. This should be included towards the end of the resume as you will be covering your area of expertise in the first few pages. This will make a difference while you apply for a job
