Many things could be said, such as:
* "Nothing." * Repeat what has been said. * "Yah..." * "I didn't say anything." * "Your face." All either have to do with the previous sentence just spoken, or the person tends to change the subject into something hysterical/annoying.
You could say "adios" back.
If you're going to see them later, say "hasta luego".
If you're not going to see them until tomorrow, you could say "hasta manana" (pretend the first n in manana has a tilde over it.)
If you're not going to see them for a very long time, say "hasta la vista".
