Ms.
miss.
You address a woman as Mrs. when you know she is married. When you know she is single you address her as Miss. When you are uncertain about her marital status it is best to address her as Ms.
Mrs. is a title of respect that may be used to address a married woman. Ms. is preferable, especially if you do not know what the woman's preferred title is, or if you do not know the marital status of the woman.
You can address an unmarried woman as "Ms." just as well as a married woman. In a situation where you are unsure of the marital status, "Ms." is a safe form of address, and avoid "Miss" and "Mrs."
Mrs. is when a women is married. Ms. is when they are not married. Miss is when thay are younger.
"Mrs" is the term of address used for a married woman. "Miss" is used for unmarried women and girls.
You can use Mrs., Miss, or Ms., depending on the marital status and preference of the woman.
it depends if she is married Mrs. if not miss if she has been married but not anymore then Ms.
Mr. = Mister (or Master for a young boy). Mrs. = Mistress (a married woman) Miss = (an unmarried woman)., Ms. = is used when you do not know is the lady is a Mrs. or a Miss.
To give you an idea on what it's about. title also refers to how you address individuals eg mr/miss/ms/ mrs/dr/sir/prof etc obviously you would not wish to call a married woman miss or a single woman mrs.
"Mrs" means the woman is (or has been) married. Ms" means either of the above but the woman prefers not to reveal which, or is used if you are addressing her in writing and don't know whether she is a "Mrs" or a "Miss".
Acoording to me, no one can e-mail you whom you don't know but if bychance someone or the other gets your e-mail address and if it is of a girl or a woman, you should always reply with a Mrs./Miss sign. As the front slash means "or", so the user will have a good impression.
