"Track," or "Track and Field," is a collection of athletic competitions. It includes foot races such as 100-yard dash, relay races, the marathon; leaping, such as the broad jump and high jump; and miscellaneous events such as the shot put, pole vault, hammer throw, javelin throw, and so on. "Track after school" would be track team practice or perhaps a track competition.
If you lose track of something, you cannot find it. To lose track of time means that you got busy and let a deadline slip up on you. To lose track of a person means that you have not been in touch for a long time, and no longer know where they are. To lose track of an item means that you have lost it.
The hyphenated form "on-track" is used as an adjective to mean on schedule or properly proceeding.
You mean ON the right track. Think about it and you can figure it out. If you are on the right track, you're headed the right way. It means you're correct, that you're close to the right answer, that you're doing the right thing.

I read the details of your question (which I moved to the discussion area). If the hardware belongs to the school, then yes, they can track you. It doesn't mean they necessarily are, but they can install programs and monitor their hardware if they choose to.
I'm not sure what you're asking. The track is at Greenway Avenue Stadium. Do you mean what it's made of??

She's talking about the track they were on when Edward left. They were falling in love in New Moon, but when Edward came back, they got off of that track because she went back to Edward instead of staying with Jacob.
