It means 14 milligrams of pure gold. Apparently you aren't very familiar with the metric system, so I'll tell you that 14 milligrams is less than your daily dietary intake of copper or iron (not much). It's worthless if you were to try and sell it, but it's theoretically worth 56 cents.
