Anything diet, like Diet Coke is almost the worst thing yu could drink! First of all, it has no calories but it does make you want to eat more so your basically getting more fat form diet cokae then you would from regular coke. Second, if you drink it from a can, the alluminum causes alstimers disease. Third, it is not good for you and will cause many other health problems in the near future if you keep drinking this stuff.
