It isn't written in the books where Hermione gives Ginny advice, because the books are mainly about Harry. Throughout the series, we only know that Ginny had a crush on Harry through the Valentine (book 2) and the get well soon card (also book 2). Otherwise, we are given hardly any signs that Ginny has feelings for Harry, until, of course, the final two books. We only know that Hermione gave Ginny advice, because we are told later on in the book series.
In the movie Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkabanthere is a scene where Severus Snape tells the class to turn to page 394 and because of the way Alan Rickman performed the scene, many people quote it.
Severus Snape announces to Harry Potter that he is the Half-Blood Prince on page number 563 of the sixth book.

Snape dies in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (book 7, the last) on page 658 and his last words, spoken to Harry, were "Look ... at ... me ..."
Hermione Granger wrote the word: pipes.
"Harry smiled feebly. Deliberately causing mayhem in Snape's Potions class was about as safe as poking a sleeping dragon in the eye," (Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets, USA Scholastic hardcover edition, p186).Also, further up the page, is this: "Harry privately felt he'd rather face Slytherin's legendary monster than let Snape catch him robbing his office."
Hermione has never said this, in any book or movie.
