Its not really reconcilliation that we learn when hearing of Jesus facing his death on the cross, we learn that he loves us enough to die for us, and that he trusted God enough to die without a single complaint.

Jesus is the perfect example.

What do the solemn liturgies of the Triduum teach us?

The solemn liturgies of the Triduum (Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Holy Saturday) teach us about the passion, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. They invite us to reflect on the depth of God's love for us, the sacrifice Jesus made for our salvation, and the hope of new life that comes from his resurrection. The Triduum also calls us to enter into these mysteries through prayer, contemplation, and participation in the liturgies.

Have you read the Bible? If you do you will learn what Jesus did between the Crucifixion and Resurrection. You will also learn that being an example of how to live was just ONE thing that Jesus did. That should answer your question.

Who said But who say you that I am?

Answer: Jesus of Nazareth in A.D. 29* Many centuries later, this same question effectively answers the post-resurrection question, "Is Jesus a Christian?", because ... Chronologically, Jesus cannot be "Christian" since ... - Christianity did not exist until after Jesus' resurrection. - Jesus did not create Christianity (nor any religion). - Jesus did not teach Christianity. ... which is not to say that Christianity does not include who Jesus is or what he taught. So, what is Christianity? It's the continually evolving believers' answer to this question that Jesus' asked his apostles: "But who say you that I am?". * The Urantia Book, Paper 157

What did early Christians believe that the resurrection showed?

Apparently early Christians believed that the resurrection showed that Jesus was God's physical son and that the concept of resurrection was more than metaphorical it was actually physical. .................................................................................... The early Christians believed the resurrection was the proof of the atoning character of the death of Christ, and of His Deity (Romans 1:4) the resurrection was one of the characteristic features of the gospel, proving to the hearers the assurance of the divine redemption (1Corinthians 15:1-4; Romans 4:25) the resurrection is regarded as the source and standard of the holiness of the believer. Every aspect of the Christian life from the beginning to the end is somehow associated therewith (Rom 6) the resurrection was the guaranty and model of the believer's resurrection (1 Corinthians 15). As the bodies of the saints arose (Matthew 27:52), so Christians are to be quickened (Romans 8:11), and made like Christ's glorified body (Philippians 3:21), thereby becoming spiritual bodies (1Corinthians 15:44), that is, bodies ruled by their spirits and yet bodies. This a basic outline of New Testament teaching concerning the doctrine of the resurrection of Christ.
