Well I called the cusumer helpline on the side of the pack once and they told me that it doesnt stand for anything, at least not anymore. Its just a marketing name that is fun for children to try and guess and make up there own names. according to my research it may in the past have stood for Little Childrens Meal/ Light Childrens Meal and now they just keep the well known accronym. Others say things like Liquid Copha & Marshmallow bar; as this is the blend that keeps the rice puffs together. If this is the case I have formed the hypothesis that this title was the bars original name in the past but when the company decided they would change the look of their bars from a treat to more of a healthy lunch box snack they just made it LCM's as this way they are not advertising the sugars and fats of the copha and marshmellow and can concerntrate on the ''wholesome goodness of the rice'' (pfft what a joke, they should be sold in the candy isle!) a little bit like how the Kentunky Fried Chicken francise adopted the snappy KFC to take away from the fact of the oily, fattening fried properties of their food.
