R CZ on a 925 ring typically means that the ring is made of sterling silver (925) and the stone in the ring is a cubic zirconia (CZ). The "R" may refer to the manufacturer or designer of the ring.
The general chemical formula for alkylbenzene is C6H5-CnH2n+1, where n represents the number of carbon atoms in the alkyl chain attached to the benzene ring.
The R-group in the phenylalanine amino acid is: CH2-benzene ring
The "R in a circle" mark on sterling silver jewelry signifies that it was made by the company Reed and Barton. This mark indicates the manufacturer or silversmith responsible for producing the piece.
The structural formula for alcohols is R-OH, where R represents an alkyl group. Alcohols contain a hydroxyl (-OH) group attached to a carbon atom of an alkyl group. The specific structure will vary depending on the alkyl group attached to the hydroxyl group.
All of them are CFCs: R-11 (trichlorofluoromethane) R-12 (dichlorofluoromethane) R-22 chlorodifluoromethane) R-113 (trichlorotrifluoroethane) Non-CFC refrigerants include R-32 (difluoromethane), R-125 (pentafluoroethane), R-134a (tetrafluoroethane), R-410a (difluoromethane and pentafluoroethane)

925 is found on silver jewelry, and it means 0.925 grams (of silver). The R is meaningless.
it means that the ring/bracelet is gold plated sterling silver.
The "R" is not meaningless. It is the makers mark or hallmark and it can mean a huge difference in value. Unfortunately, I need to know the same thing. minenis marked "Sterling .925 R" and know what everything but the R stands for. what is your piece of jewelry? Please let me know if you find out!

Occasionally you will find older photo frames made of sterling silver. It is possible this frame is silver. The R could be a manufacturer's mark. I would bring it to a jeweler to see if it is silver. 925 usually means sterling, 92.5% pure.

"R" is the signature of the maker. The "925" reflects the amount of silver it contains. Silver is a precious metal that is usually mixed with copper, for example. The silver is .925 in amount + .075 whatever the other metal is, like copper. Anything with .925 parts silver & above is considered "sterling" silver. There are European silver items that are marked "800". That just means that there is more of the other metal mixed in, "200". This is not sterling. China is where it was made. Hope that helps, Cami.
let the outer radius of the ring be R inner radius r n cross sectional radius be y then the volume of the ring will be (pi)y2 X (pi)(R-r)/2 i.i the cross sectional area multiplied by the length of the ring when it was a line the length is taken at the midpoint of the thickness of the ring = (R-r)/2
