What does Roald Dahl like writing about?

His story's are usually fiction but sometimes they are based on his real life. He wrote a book called "Boy" which is like an auto- biography but he only wrote the interesting stories of his life. In the book "Charlie and the chocolate factory" he never actually went to a chocolate factory but when he was in boarding school cadbury chocolate factory sometime gave each student a box of chocolate for them to test. Roald Dahl used to imagine himself working in the factory with big pots full of chocolate and mixing different ingredients and every one wearing white coats.
