Most of them are simple English words, and the meaning should be obvious. The only two that aren't blindingly self-evident are "Donder" (or "Donner", depending on the source) and "Blitzen", which are based on the German words for thunder and lightning respectively.

And, of course, one well-known song mentions Rudolph, which comes from a Germanic phrase meaning "famous wolf". I don't think the songwriter had that in mind, though; "Rufus" (from a word meaning "red") would have probably been better.
