Something pains you today. Doler means to hurt. So it would be "Something hurts you today." We don't often say "something pains you" in English, at least not in the US.
It pains me to say that the immediately above is incorrect. Well-spoken Americans use that verb regularly.
hoy, no means: today, no.
Today cnokonhon.
It means (I am) glad to see you
hoy means "Today"
It means "What are you doing today?" It should be stated as a question, "¿Qué haces hoy día?".
"Tienes puesto algo verde hoy" translates to "Do you have something green on today?" in English.
yo te vi como triste hoy te pasa algo
hoy = today
Depends of the context. It could be a question Are you going to do something today It could be a statement You are going to do something today NOTE, it should be "Vas a hacer ago hoy"
hoy, no means: today, no.

If I can today
¿Cómo estás hoy?

Today cnokonhon.
today, I love you. hoy= today te amo= I love you
"Today I am.."
