I'm not sure, but I think this is what it means.

te/hand+mari/ball=hand-ball (te-mari)

or

tema/time, labour+ri/ advantage, official=time-advantage (tema-ri)

Maybe it means Handball or Timeadvantage. Check at freedict. com/ Online English to Japanese to English Dictionary and try to find out by putting fractions of her name like te or ri.

temari means: hand ball its a toy that the Chinese play with and was brought to Japan like 500 years ago

Hand-ball.

it means "Bastard" and can be used as an insult, or a way to refer to someone. EXAMPLE: "that Misa-Teme!" it can be used on it's own as a curseword, or be used as a honorific.
Basically it means "bastard" or it is used as a rude way of addressing someone when used as the word "you"
