At 14 weeks, your baby is about 3 1/2 inches long and weighs about one ounce! Your baby now has fully developed fingerprints. As your baby moves through your womb, ridges and folds are made in your baby's fingers create prints. This is why no ones fingerprints are identical! Your baby is also developing intestinal actions as well (poop, is building up in his little tummy!)!
Embryonic age: Weeks nr 8-10. 7-9 weeks old.
At 12 weeks old, your baby is about 2 and half inches long. He/she also weighs about 1/2 an ounce! So he is about the size of your pinky finger! Her toenail/fingernails are developing this week as well as the eyes moving to the front of the head. Swallowing is also beginning this week!
At three weeks the baby to be is still an embryo and resembles a group of cells the size of a pinhead.
When a woman is thirteen weeks pregnant, the fetus begins to look more human. It is no longer just a head and a heart, but has begun to develop the rest of its human features.
