The only things attached to the fuel rail are the fuel injectors and the fuel pressure regulator.
stand on the drivers side, look down at the driver side of the engine by the side of the intake manifold/plenum + you'll see the injectors and the fuel rail. look at the top center of the fuel rail, and that' the fuel rail psi sensor.
