Chemical change: the composition of the initial reactants is changed.
Ex.: thermal decomposition of calcium carbonate.
Physical change: the composition is not changed during this transformation.
Ex.: boiling of water.
physical change is when the physical appearance (shape) of the object changes and the shape can be undone.
- if you have a paper clip, you can bend its shape, and you are able to make it go back to its original form.
chemical change is when the object changes chemically and the change can not be undone.
- if you make a cake from scratch and you bake it, after it is made, you can't separate the cake back into just the milk, or just the eggs.
physical and chemical depends if it is physical and chemical change. if it is that it deals with science because physical change is when it does not change by chemical. for example burning a piece of paper is physical change. Chemical change is when a substance is changed by a chemical.
no rusting iron is not a physical change it is a chemical change
A physical change
This is a physical change. You only change the shape and size of an apple by slicing it. Chemical changes would mean changing the molecular composition of the apple.
biological, chemical, or physical samples -Hope this could help y'all in some way!
The branches of physical science includes astronomy, chemistry, physics, and earth sciences. Astronomy studies stars and planets. Chemistry studies the chemical makeup of the earth. Physics studies how objects move in space. Earth science encompasses the study of Earth itself.
Chemical science, because yeast is irreversible. Chemical Change: Irreversible Physical Change: Reversible
Physical is the opposite of chemical in science. A chemical change involves an actual change in the molecular make up of something while a physical change may remove matter but the chemical make up does not change.
that they are both science but in physical science they talk about physical changes and chemical changes
Chemical science is the study of chemical changes, i.e. changes that involve electron transfer, bond formation and the thermodynamics and kinetics involved in these changes. Physical science is a broader term that encompasses the study of natural phenomena. Chemical science can be considered as a part of physical sciences.
Chemical and physical changes are part of methods applied in science.
"A pure substance that cannot be broken down into other substances by chemical or physical means."-Prentice Hall California Physical Science
Chemical (So says my science book for school)
Chemical energy
Physics relates to every science because it is the basis of the universe. Because everything is based on science, so is chemistry (i.e. the bonds between molecules are physical, not chemical). And all of biology is chemical, so therefore on the most basic level it is also physical.
The main components of physical science is earth space science ,intergrated science, and chemistry
Physical properties are things you observe with your eyes during chemical reaction e.g. Salt analysis the choking smell of ammonia u observed with your nose is a physical properties of ammonia
What do u mean by chemical or physical reaction... Please give me an answer so i can give you the answer.
