If you failed your biology class because you chose not do your work is your teacher partly responsible because he only spent 10 percent of his time teaching you?
No, it is not reasonable. You have a duty to yourself to learn as much as you can as often as you can. The one true thing in learning is that once you have it, no one can ever take it away from you. But there is no obligation for them to spoon feed you. And if you don't put forward any effort, why s…hould they? Teachers will teach those who want to learn. . Teachers have a lot of students to teach so if you aren't paying attention they reserve what they have to teach for those that want to listen and learn. The term 'bench warmers' is reserved for those that sit and learn nothing and if a teacher is willing to help ten percent consider yourself lucky and it is not their fault if you failed. Have you ever thought that having an education is a privilege and not just handed to you? Many people can't afford a good education. If you don't want to learn then give up that seat of yours for someone else that does want to learn. If you are serious then meet with the teacher privately and apologize! Tell them you are smartened-up and really want to learn. If you mean it and they see you do from your actions your teacher will do all they can to help. ( Full Answer )
\n. \n Promote Creativity in Children \n. \n. \nAny activity that allows students to create something on their own without the teacher telling them the steps to take, colors to use, etc. will promote creativity in art class. Basically, provide the materials, tell the students what they can u…se and let them decide what they will do with them. If necessary, ask students to give some examples of what they can make to get them started.\n. \nAn example of this is a time when I provided different sizes and shapes of wood to a first grade class. I showed them the wood and basically told them they could make anything they wanted. In the back of my mind I thought it would be a major disaster, but it wasn't! I was amazed at what they made.\n. \nAlso, always allow the child to do their own work. So what if something, like cutting or coloring, is not done perfectly? It's okay to help children who are having trouble, but children feel a sense of accomplishment when they do their own work.\n. \nFor a way to completely crush a child's creativity, please click on the link on the right "What is the story of the little boy and the rose and what does it mean." We, as a community have an idea of what category we would put people of different professions in. At the top of this list would be lawyers and doctors, simply because they have higher managerial and professional occupations. Next to the tope of the list would be teachers and police officers, because… they have a lower managerial and professional occupations compared to the people in the top bracket. Still higher up in the social class would be people like fire fighters and airline cabin crew, because they have intermediate occupations. People such as hair dressers and shop owners would be classed the higher intimidate bracket, because they would have small employers and own-account workers. Train drivers and supervisors would be classed as part of the lower intimidate bracket because they have lower supervisory and technical occupations. Security guards and postal workers would be placed high up in the lower social class because they have semi-routine occupations. second to the bottom bracket, would consist of people like bus drivers and cleaners because they have routine occupations and at the bottom of the social class bracket would be people such as students and people not classifiable because they have never worked or are long-term unemployed.. The requirements to become a math teacher vary quite a bit fromcountry to country and (within the US) from state to state. InCalifornia, a public school math teacher will have to have abachelor's degree including a moderate number of math courses, andafter this be able to pass a series of proficienc…y tests, thenenter a 'fifth year' certificate program or master's degree programfor teachers. You should expect to take advanced algebra, a fullcalculus series, statistics, and more during the bachelor's degreephase. ( Full Answer )

The traditional route to becoming a public school teacher involves completing a bachelor's degree from a teacher education program and then obtaining a license. However, most States now offer alternative routes to licensure for those who have a college degree in other fields. Private school teachers… do not have to be licensed but still need a bachelor's degree. A bachelor's degree may not be needed by preschool teachers and vocational education teachers, who need experience in their field rather than a specific degree.. Education and training. Traditional education programs for kindergarten and elementary school teachers include courses designed specifically for those preparing to teach. These courses include mathematics, physical science, social science, music, art, and literature, as well as prescribed professional education courses, such as philosophy of education, psychology of learning, and teaching methods. Aspiring secondary school teachers most often major in the subject they plan to teach while also taking a program of study in teacher preparation. Many 4-year colleges require students to wait until their sophomore year before applying for admission to teacher education programs. To maintain their accreditation, teacher education programs are now required to include classes in the use of computers and other technologies. Most programs require students to perform a student-teaching internship. Teacher education programs are accredited by the National Council for Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Teacher Education Accreditation Council. Graduation from an accredited program is not necessary to become a teacher, but it may make fulfilling licensure requirements easier.. Many States now offer professional development schools, which are partnerships between universities and elementary or secondary schools. Professional development schools merge theory with practice and allow the student to experience a year of teaching firsthand, under professional guidance. Students enter these 1-year programs after completion of their bachelor's degree.. Licensure and certification. All 50 States and the District of Columbia require public school teachers to be licensed. Licensure is not required for teachers in most private schools. Usually licensure is granted by the State Board of Education or a licensure advisory committee. Teachers may be licensed to teach the early childhood grades (usually preschool through grade 3); the elementary grades (grades 1 through 6 or 8); the middle grades (grades 5 through 8); a secondary-education subject area (usually grades 7 through 12); or a special subject, such as reading or music (usually grades kindergarten through 12).. Requirements for regular licenses to teach kindergarten through grade 12 vary by State. However, all States require general education teachers to have a bachelor's degree and to have completed an approved teacher training program with a prescribed number of subject and education credits, as well as supervised practice teaching. Some States also require technology training and the attainment of a minimum grade point average. A number of States require that teachers obtain a master's degree in education within a specified period after they begin teaching.. Almost all States require applicants for a teacher's license to be tested for competency in basic skills, such as reading and writing, and in teaching. Almost all also require teachers to exhibit proficiency in their subject. Many school systems are presently moving toward implementing performance-based systems for licensure, which usually require teachers to demonstrate satisfactory teaching performance over an extended period in order to obtain a provisional license, in addition to passing an examination in their subject. Most States require teachers to complete a minimum number of hours of continuing education to renew their license. Many States have reciprocity agreements that make it easier for teachers licensed in one State to become licensed in another.. Licensing requirements for preschool teachers also vary by State. Requirements for public preschool teachers are generally more stringent than those for private preschool teachers. Some States require a bachelor's degree in early childhood education, while others require an associate's degree, and still others require certification by a nationally recognized authority. The Child Development Associate (CDA) credential, the most common type of certification, requires a mix of classroom training and experience working with children, along with an independent assessment of the teacher's competence.. Nearly all States now also offer alternative licensure programs for teachers who have a bachelor's degree in the subject they will teach, but who lack the necessary education courses required for a regular license. Many of these alternative licensure programs are designed to ease shortages of teachers of certain subjects, such as mathematics and science. Other programs provide teachers for urban and rural schools that have difficulty filling positions with teachers from traditional licensure programs. Alternative licensure programs are intended to attract people into teaching who do not fulfill traditional licensing standards, including recent college graduates who did not complete education programs and those changing from another career to teaching. In some programs, individuals begin teaching quickly under provisional licensure under the close supervision of experienced educators while taking education courses outside school hours. If they progress satisfactorily, they receive regular licensure after working for 1 or 2 years. In other programs, college graduates who do not meet licensure requirements take only those courses that they lack and then become licensed. This approach may take 1 or 2 semesters of full-time study. The coursework for alternative certification programs often leads to a master's degree. In extreme circumstances, when schools cannot attract enough qualified teachers to fill positions, States may issue emergency licenses to individuals who do not meet the requirements for a regular license that let them begin teaching immediately.. In many States, vocational teachers have many of the same licensure requirements as other teachers. However, knowledge and experience in a particular field are important, so some States will license vocational education teachers without a bachelor's degree, provided they can demonstrate expertise in their field. A minimum number of hours in education courses may also be required.. Private schools are generally exempt from meeting State licensing standards. For secondary school teacher jobs, they prefer candidates who have a bachelor's degree in the subject they intend to teach, or in childhood education for elementary school teachers. They seek candidates among recent college graduates as well as from those who have established careers in other fields.. Other qualifications. In addition to being knowledgeable about the subjects they teach, teachers must have the ability to communicate, inspire trust and confidence, and motivate students, as well as understand the students' educational and emotional needs. Teachers must be able to recognize and respond to individual and cultural differences in students and employ different teaching methods that will result in higher student achievement. They should be organized, dependable, patient, and creative. Teachers also must be able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other teachers, support staff, parents, and members of the community. Private schools associated with religious institutions also desire candidates who share the values that are important to the institution.. Additional certifications and advancement. In some cases, teachers of kindergarten through high school may attain professional certification in order to demonstrate competency beyond that required for a license. The National Board for Professional Teaching Standards offers a voluntary national certification. To become nationally certified, experienced teachers must prove their aptitude by compiling a portfolio showing their work in the classroom and by passing a written assessment and evaluation of their teaching knowledge. Currently, teachers may become certified in a variety of areas, on the basis of the age of the students and, in some cases, the subject taught. For example, teachers may obtain a certificate for teaching English language arts to early adolescents (aged 11 to 15), or they may become certified as early childhood generalists. All States recognize national certification, and many States and school districts provide special benefits to teachers who earn certification. Benefits typically include higher salaries and reimbursement for continuing education and certification fees. In addition, many States allow nationally certified teachers to carry a license from one State to another.. With additional preparation, teachers may move into such positions as school librarians, reading specialists, instructional coordinators, or guidance counselors. Teachers may become administrators or supervisors, although the number of these positions is limited and competition for them can be intense. In some systems, highly qualified, experienced teachers can become senior or mentor teachers, with higher pay and additional responsibilities. They guide and assist less experienced teachers while keeping most of their own teaching responsibilities. Preschool teachers usually work their way up from assistant teacher, to teacher, to lead teacher-who may be responsible for the instruction of several classes-and, finally, to director of the center. Preschool teachers with a bachelor's degree frequently are qualified to teach kindergarten through grade 3 as well. Teaching at these higher grades often results in higher pay.. Can a student get in trouble for leaving the class room because of the teacher denying permission to go?
He/She should in a school that has reasonable standards. A teacher needs to be in charge of the situation in the class and if student wonder around any time they feel like it the quality of his/her job may be compromised in relation to the rest of the students.

Generally, a student teacher will stay in a class for about onesemester. There are times, however, where the practicum may lastone year.
they caned them if they were bad and they would get them in trouble for very little things
Well, that's great that they want to have some fun in the classroom but normally using the media in a classroom would have to have something educational involving anything she/he might be teaching them. Otherwise, then she should not be doing that. Hopefully it had something educational in it.
They use computers to do stuff like a powerpoint point as a visual aid and that way they don't have write loads of stuff iyt :-)
If it is in a foreign language class, then that language. If it is a not, than the student should speak appropriate English. There should not be use of conjunctions, proper use of can and may. Politeness should be present in their speaking.
No because you cannot bring religion in your classroom whatsoever and parents might have a different religion for their child. If it was a religious school...then it would be neccesary....DUHHHH
Let the students get to know you. That should work and do what your supposed to do as a teacher. If they dont obey you you might have to yell at them and take recess time out if needed and if they have recess.
A class without a teacher is just like a nation without laws wherein every irresponsible ones will behave as they like and enguage themselves in things that may disturb the inocent ones
Well, it depends on two main things. 1 It depends on what grade you're in. I don't suspect a teacher to give a first grade class a live rabbit. 2 It depends on the overall responsibility of the class. If you can't turn in your homework, how can you keep a live animal. If you're above fourth grade… and responsible, then I would try to convince Mrs, Blank to get a class pet. Otherwise, I would wait a while. ( Full Answer )

Act as though you have some sense about you. If you expect to be respected you have to be willing to respect others. Someday you will have to supervise yourself and the sooner you start doing it the easier it will become.
Up to 10th class a TGT teacher can teach But it's also a necessity for the TGT post that the person must qualify the CTET.
well, i believe, yes actually. because smart class modules explain almost everything we should know. and ofcourse watching the videos and listening to the audio makes it interesting. and then, they have a certain standard, which a few teachers today don't. actually i believe that however interesti…ng the smart class may be they can never repalce the teachers. the love and affection with which the teachers teach us and clear our doubts can never be replaced by the smart class. i don't mean that smart classes are absolutely useless but they can only help the teachers to teach and the students to understand the topic better, but, to some extent. It depends. I don't use mine, but have it. Yet, there are times when a phone is needed to contact parents, contact the office, call another teacher, and for many other school type business.
Are atheist teachers justified to use ridicule in class for those who do not agree with their worldview?
Good teachers will usually teach the history of beliefs; when I was at school we read through one of the Genesis stories of creation and the teacher said, "Look at the order in which Genesis says things appeared; it turns out that this sequence largely matches what scientists believe actually happen…ed - do you think that when Genesis was written, they actually knew the sequence?" No-one thought they knew the sequence - but that they'd had a good guess. So he didn't ridicule the religious belief, he made us realise that the belief was written a long time before the invention of science. ( Full Answer )

You would want to write an Informal Personal Letter (not a Business Letter). Begin by putting the date on the RIGHT, TOP LINE. Skip a line. On the LEFT, write Dear Teacher's Name (see below). Skip a line. Indent 1 finger width. Begin writing. Indent each new paragraph. State specifically what you di…d wrong, and your intention to do right in the future. Apologize for being rude, disrupting the class, not giving respect. At the end, skip several lines and sign your letter. EXAMPLE (on right) Nov. 27, 2012 (skip line, now on right) Dear Mrs. (last name), [Note comma] (skip line, begin writing) As you know, last Friday I made a nuisance of myself by talking in class. I realize now that I disrupted the class which was rude and did not show you respect. I'm terribly sorry and intend to follow the rules in the future. I'm also going to read the chapter you were teaching that day and write a one-page summary for you, since I missed most of what you taught that day. Sincerely, Skip 1 or 2 lines. Sign your name NOTE: You don't HAVE to offer to do extra work, BUT you missed the class material so you'll have to read it on your own anyway. You might as well write a one page summary, to show the teacher you are REALLY sincere. ( Full Answer )
