Banking hours refers to the hours during the day within which a bank remains open. i.e., the time during the day banks are open for business and customers can walk into the branch and avail any service they want. Usually banks open around 9 or 10 AM in the morning and remain open until 3:30 or 4 PM in the evening. Some banks are open until pretty late in the evening and are called banks with extended operational hours
