Some things being obese or overweight increases the risk of getting type 2 Diabetes, conary Heart disease and stroke, certain types of cancer, and a lot more things. A little advice is that you ask your Doctor about it and ask him ways you could lose a bit of weight NATURALLY WITHOUT throwing up, decreasing how much food you eat (UNLESS your Doctor recommends on cutting back on certain things) or other unhealthy ways.
